General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it could be the heat stroke, or may be the skin infection, and changes in the body, which caused the head ache, and the stomach ache.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe you cifixime, dicyclmine, paracetamol, and ranitidine.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
