What Does Hard Lump Under The Foreskin Indicate?

Hi, i m a 21 year old male having regular intercourse with my girlfriend of 1 year. About 4 months ago i noticed 2 or 3 hardish uncoloured lumps under the foreskin. About 4mm in diameter but the lumps are literally in the foreskin, theres nothing on my shaft underneath the skin, and if i stretch the skin i can see the lumps just in the foreskin (hence why my sex life is unaffected). The lumps have no head or texture just a hard bumpy feel. Initially there were just 2,3 or 4 of them but now i think i m pushing about 10,11. They are located in the foreskin on my shaft and head of penis, but as they have grown in numbers and not gone away i am growing in concern. Hope i ve described this well and that you can put my mind at ease! Cheers.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting your query over here.
From your description ,it seems you have got genital warts. Its site, increasing in number ,supports this diagnosis.Genital warts can start as smooth appearing skin coloured raised papule as you described.
If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Visiting genitourinary physician/general physician so that confirmed diagnosis can be established.Clinical examination by physician is necessary.
Some warts may resolve by themselves, but those increasing in number, size, becoming itchy or bleeding needs treatment.
Treatment consists of immonomodulator drug therapy like imiquimod for local application. The drug should be applied exactly as directed and in amount told by physician.Usually the warts get treated by 3 months.
If not, biopsy may be done and other non medical options may be considered.
-Refrain from doing unprotected sex.
-Getting checked for immunosupressing disease if high risk sexual behaviour present.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks.
