I am 36 years old, have had 4 children, youngest is 6 years old, over the past two years my periods have gotten very light compared to what they used to be, the past year I have had frequent urination and pain during sex, fifty percent of the time. I missed my period recently, and had a positive pregnancy test. But was concerned because they found blood in my urine but I was negative for a UTI. I am freaking out because I read that beside the frequent urination and pain during sex, that some cancers can cause you to test positive for pregnancy, it s to early to hear if there is even a babies heart beat. My father died from cancer at a very young age, and every woman on my mothers side of the family had to have a hysterectomy before they were 50. So if you had to bet, would you bet pregnancy or cancer?
