What Does Free Edge Radial Tear In The MRI Report Suggest?

My MRI report says that I have free edge radial tear of midbody of body of lateral meniscus (left leg) in the white zone. After Physiotheraphy I am able to walk but I still have discomfort after a long walk. How can this tear heal and will it heal and join by itself? Is there a chance of the tear tearing more from now on? It has been six months but the latest MRI report taken last month says the tear is still present.
Will homeopathy help here? What medicines should be taken?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a tear in the left lateral meniscus radial / up to down.
2.This needs to get repaired with the interventional procedure through the guided procedure.
3. That is only the way it can be treated - as the meniscus is with no blood supply.
4.No treatment will hep to heal the damage caused in that region.
5.At the point as a remedy, minimising the physical stress and weight bearing is recommended.

Good luck.
