What Does Fragments Of Polypoidal Mean In The Following Endoscopy Report?

47 female got a pathology report after a stomach endoscopy stated the specimen of stomach polyps show fragments of polypoidal body type gastric mucosa composed of elongated and mildly hyperplastic faveolae within congested stroma with small, haphazardly distributed smooth muscle bundles. Few dilated dusts with mild lymphocytes and plasma cell infiltrates noted in the lamina propria. No helicobacter colonies or intestinal metaplasia noted. No malignancy or atypia is seen. May I know what is fragments of polypoidal means? Any medical treatment required?
