hey....i m justing feelg very hot inside through my breath, and my hands are very hot also...though i chked my temperature which is normal...but not able to understand what could be the problem and this is happeng from quite some days now....plz help...

Please also mention any other associated problem , if it is there, also if you do not have.
Drink lot of water it may be a simple dehydration, if every thing is normal.
