There was problem of nasal blockage during pregency in the month of September and when contacted with ent it eas informed that there are polips and nothing can be done at this time nasal drops and steam was told to us. That in the starting week of February she has given birth to a baby and there was problem is noticed in the eye as the eye was seem to have been different on the left hand side and when contacted the doctor it was told to get the ct scan and the report of ct scan says as under:-
Left side maxillary, frontal, ethmoid and sphenoid sinusitis with expansion of left ethmoid air cells with markedly thinning and rarefaction of adjacent bony structures and buging into contralateral nasal cavity and laterally into left orbit with displacement of left medial rectus and mild proptosis of left globe as definined . Imaging features most likely favour possibility of extensive left sided sinusitis with wthmoidocoele formation with secondary effects.
