What Does Epithelial And Pus Cell As OCC/HPF In Urine Test Report Mean?

my urine report show epithelial and pus cell as OCC/HPF. I want to know what exactly this mean and am I at any risk? what are the precautions for the same?

Age - 33

height - 150cm

Weight - 60k

Itching around vaginal area and white discharge problem.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Probably you are suffering from candida(fungus) infection in genital tract.
You can take tablet clotrimazole 100 mg for vaginal use.It should be inserted deeply in the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
Your condition need clinical correlation also.

Urine test is normal.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine are normal /HPF.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
