What Does Dominant Left Ovary Mean?
hi, i had my several ultrasound last month and the obgyne told me that my left ovary is my dominant ovary? what does it mean? is my right ovary has lesser potential to produce egg? And they have seen as well that my follicle has raptured and that i am ovulating. in addition to this will you give me advice on how to be pregnant easier if you left ovary is your dominant ovary? thanks a lot.

left ovary is dominant implies that there are more number of follicle sin the left ovary compared to the right, it doesn't indicate that right ovary has less potential.
rate of conception is high when you have intercourse 2 days prior to and 2 to 3 days after ovulation, if rest all is normal
if you have regular cycles usually 14 th day of the cycle counting from the day 1 of your periods would be the ovulation day,
