What Does Dizziness, Sinus And Ringing In The Ears Indicate?

I have been experiencing imbalance for 8 months. I am beginning to feel fatigued. I also have sinus, ringing in the ears I have irregular heartbeats and one physician thought maybe I might have middle ear problems. My father had Parkinson s so that is a concern too. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
