What Does Dizziness In A Child Indicate?

My 11 year old twin daughter has dizzy spells and cant see periodically. I would say 1 time a month but dizzy 1 time every 2 weeks. She had this before and we went to children s hospital in Seattle and they could not find anything. That was 3 years ago. Her identical twin sister has not had any issues. She just had a spell on Friday. What is the next step?
