Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an pOrthopedic surgeon repair a tendon in my thumb today. When I came out of surgery, which went fine, he asked me if anyone in my family had some disease. Didn t recognize the name of the disease and can t remember what he said. He said he noticed my bone was dark so he did a scraping and sent it out for pathology. Can you guess what disease he was checking for?
