What Does Diagnosis Of Ocular Neuritis Mean?

Hello, My 26 year old son went to an ophthalmologist because of vision loss in his eye.He was diagnosed with ocular neuritis. The opth referred him to the ER asap. There, they preformed an MRI. Results= Numerous small high T2 foci in the white matter bilaterally. The pattern is typical of a pneumonic process such as MS . I guess i am asking if this could be anything but MS? NEVER MIND! I thought you were here because you wanted to help........

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the loss of vision condition is due to MS then it may need further investigation for conformation, if this is true condition of MS then it may be temporary phase and vision may come back but it may need some specific treatment accordingly and for that you need to have neurology opinion, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
