What Does Dark Spot On The Side Of External Hemorrhoid Mean?

I have a dark spot on the side of my external hemorrhoid, it was swollen but has went down. I can see and feel it when I pull the hemorrhoid to the side. I am 21 years old and Ive had hemorrhoids once when I was a young child.DO i have anything to worry about.Is this just a hematoma or something serious?

Spot on the side of hemorrhoid seems to be skin pigmentation issue, rather than any worry some issue. A photo picture of the spot in follow up consultation will be more precise to guide in details herewith.
