What Does Cystic Lesion With Internal Echoes And Hyper Echoic Area Seen At Right Ovary Indicate?

Am 33 female,my ultrasound findings of ovaries :a cystic lesion with internal echoes and hyper echoic area seen at right ovary ,measures 7.9}{7.5}{9.5cm.Two small cystic lesions also seen in right ovary ,measures 3.5}{2.4 and hyper3.3}{1.5cm....please tell me is this very complicated ?

Cystic lesion with internal echoes and hyperechoic areas suggest presence of dermoid cyst most likely in your right ovary. A dermoid cyst is a benign neoplasm which will not cause any problems itself. In your case the size is pretty big so it can cause symptoms because of its size like increased micturition or diarrhea etc. It is advisable to get it removed. The other smaller cystic lesion are about 3 cms and should not cause much problems. If you are getting the bigger one removed, then you can remove the smaller ones as well otherwise they will increase in size later and give you problems.
It is not an emergency condition, but advisable to get it removed by elective surgery.
