Hi welcome to HCM Your fasting Blood Sugar is 159 ( level more than 140 is indicative of diabetes), your hemoglobin A1c ( that is reflective of your 3 months average sugar level ) is 7.6 , level more than 6.5 is indicative of diabetes. It means you are diabetic.Do consult your physician for further management including lifestyle, exercise and medicines if required. Thanks
