What Does Crawling Sensation In The Right Breast Indicate?

I can feel something in my right breast that feels like there is something crawling and it is not straight but and up and down motion. It is very brief but I touch and can feel nothing. I am 79 and wondered if it could be blood moving and making this sensation. It is at the very top of my breast no pain just creeping feeling and stops as quickly as it starts. Started a few days ago and is more often today when I was laying on a bed reading a book I was aware of 7 instances over several hours.

No need to worry much for these sensations.
But better to get done mammography to rule out internal breast pathology.
If mammography is normal then no need to worry much.
In old age, due to loosening of skin and fat in breast can give rise to such sensations.
Just divert your mind from it.
