General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The cramps you are experiencing may be premenstrual symptoms. If you have already missed your period for at least 5 to 6 days, then please be advised to do a home pregnancy test. I would also recommend going to the urgent care to undergo urine analysis and culture to rule out underlying urinary tract infection. Meanwhile, you can take Tylenol for pain.

Wishing you good health
