What Does Constipation Lumps In Groin & Tingling In Hands Suggest?

I am having symptoms, such as a cough, constipation, fatigue, a lump near my groin, and numbness/tingling in my hands. I have been experiencing constipation and tingling in my hands for over a year now. Tested for HIV/Syphillis twice and the results came back negative. However now that I am experiencing these other symptoms I am not sure what is going on.

What is the lump? You have to get it done ultrasound abdomen and local examination.

It may be a hernia or hydrocele or infection or lymph node.

Please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
