I have had several boils show up . The first one under my right arm pit. Next, I had one on my left wrist. I now have a cluster under my right arm pit. There are nodules also. You seem to have developed lesions of folliculitis.
This is basically an infection of the hair follicles.
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Apply an antibiotic cream twice a day .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics.
Avoid applying any other cream or oil over it .
See a nearby dermatologist if the lesions tend to persist or increase .
