Hello,
1. Your cholesterol of 264 mg/dl is on the higher side
2. Your triglycerides of 271 is also on higher side.
3. Your LDL of 165 is also a bit on the higher side
4. VLDL level is also beyond normal limits

From 1,2,3,4 - Your overall lipid profile is very high. You needs to start taking your statin group of medications to reduce your lipid levels to normal range. Along with it certain lifestyle modifications like exercise, nutritious food, weight control, avoidance of alcohol or smoking needs to be done.

5. Protien total 8.4 g/dl - is just above the normal range of 8.3g/ dl -
6. Sodium and chloride both are reduced. - Are you under any therapy?

7. Specific gravity of Urine is within the normal range
8. Hb 16.10 is the on the higher side. Are you a smoker? Do you stay in hilly areas? Do you suffer from any lung disease? It might be compensatory increase. Otherwise normal levels only
9. RDW 17% appears to be elevated. With 16.1 g% hb, other details are necessary to think about it.
10. Lymphocytes 40.5% is a mild increase - Unless you are suffering from any chronic infection, nothing to worry.
11. ESR 31 mm/hr - Due to hb increase, to could have raised. Nothing to be alarmed about it at present.

Unless indications for tests and prior medical conditions and habits are known, From your tests, My opinion is as above.
If you have doubts, A repeat test at another laboratory may reconfirm or rule out any abnormal reports.
If you get back with more details, I will be happy to help again.
