What Does Chest X Ray Result Mean?

my mum has something like a ball under her chest and she can't breath well we went to our dr and he told her to make x-ray and we can't under stand it says"prominent both hilar shadow with accentuated basal broncho-vascular markings in chest x ray" pls answer ans thanks

There are increased lung markings in the lower zones on both sides along with prominent appearance of blood vessels entering the lungs. This might be due to asthma, allergic bronchitis, mild infection of air passages within lungs. You need to get your chest clinically examined for abnormal breath sounds. Any breathlessness or asthma should need emergency care.
