Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most common cause for burning and spotting from vagina is infection. So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of vagina. Avoid unprotected Intercourse or masturbation if you are sexually active. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Take proper hygiene of private parts. Wear cotton undergarments only. You may need antibiotics. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
