Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain sore bumps on the roof of mouth can be caused due to a umber of reasons..
One can be that they can occur as a result of rupture to minor salivary glands leading to collection of mucus into the soft tissues causing small bumps known as
mucocele..
Other reason can be allergic reactions caused due to any food product or any irritant present in air.
It can also occur due to continuous irritation to mucosa of mouth by cigarette smoke if you are a smoker..
It may also occur due to bacterial or viral infection and can be associated with
throat infection if you are also having
sore throat.
I would suggest you to see an ENT expert to get evaluated for the exact cause of your problem..
Any correct treatment can be advised only after correct diagnosis..
By the time you see a doctor you can salt water gargles (one big table spoon in one glass of water).
It will be helpful in case of mucocele as well as infections..
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself well hydrated..
Avoid hot and spicy food..
Hope your query is solved..
Thanks and regards..
