What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hi! i would like to ask question about brownish to blackish discharge before period. It started 2 weeks after my tubal ligation on my 2nd baby, february of 2012. Until now, i m experiencing thick brownish to blackish discharge before mens. No pain, no cramps whatsoever. Should i worry?

You are having chronic brownish black vaginal discharge without abdominal pain.
So we should definitely rule out chronic infections like vaginosis, tuberculosis, fungal infection etc.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and microscopic examination of discharge.
Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts.
