What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I just started tri sprinted birth control and im on the third week of it. I never miss taking a pill. I take the pill at 7:51 p.m. Every day sometimes i take it a couples minutes after that. I had sex with my boyfriend before he went to work today and when i went to the bathroom later i had brown discharge. Should i be concerned?

Hi I think it can be a side effect of pill itself. It can also be due to some vaginal infection also. If discharge is excess or foul smelling , get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
