General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the brain lesion at 62 may be tumor or post stroke secondary changes in terms of hematoma. However, the MRI of recent evaluation is best way to know the diagnosis and management modalities in accordance to that.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
