What Does Blood In Urine Indicate?

I have had blood in my urine for about 4 months now.Have had 3 urine samples tested for infection and all came back negative for infection.Last week had a ultrasound of Kidneys and Bladder which was negative. Also had a cystopscopy of bladder etc... that came back negative for anything.Next week will be having a CT scan.Blood still in urine.Should I be concerned?
