My daughter 25 has been complaining of lower back problems has self diagnosed herself with a uti and took a zpcat they she didn t finish from before for a different problem so she finally went to an ergent care and they told her she had blood in her urine.... what does that mean?

As per your history, the bleeding can be because of the urinary tract infection or because of kidney stone. too.second cause seems to be more important.
You need to get a lower body scan done (ultrasound) to get proper diagnosis.
During mean time she needs to take the course of antibiotics as well as plenty of oral fluids.
