Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there are few densities in the left upper zones - that can be old treated infection / inflammation.
2.If you are symptomatic, it can be a fresh densities - which needs treatment and a followup x-ray to see the result.
3.The peri bronchial cuffing can be due to the alveolar opacities - collection with in the alveoli.
4.In both findings you need to get a course of antibiotic with followup.
5.In case of above findings lung fields can not be clear - could by some error or rest of the lung fields.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
