What Does Areas Of Increased T2 Prolongation Subcortical Posterior White Matter And A Third Lesion In The Right Forceps Minor Mean?

What does two tiny areas of increased T2 prolongation subcortical posterior white matter and a third lesion in the right forceps minor, nonspecific in nature but perhaps on the basis of microvascular ischemic disease from chronic hypertension or metabolic factors mean? I do not have hypertension and do not know what metabolic factors come into play.
