What Does An Oval Skin Rash Between The Shoulder And Neck Indicate?

I have a skin rash that is in an oval shape it started on my shin between shoulder & neck. I thought it was ringworm but does not have any blistering that I have seen. spread to my neck other side in fold were it connects to shoulder bone. now I have seen one on my back it looks squared, then this morning I see a small red dot on my breast. went to a skin doctor, was only my shoulder one she glanced at it and said its just dry skin spot. My internal medicine dr, said its just some type of fungis and gave me medicine for jock itch and ringworm. it does not look like any picture I can find on fungis or ringworm.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
