What Does An Itchy Rash Behind The Neck Indicate?
very itchy rash at base of back neck and partly down spine. started about 24hr ago. used cortisone cream for itching but only relieved it temporarily. hot to touch. Should I have it checked by Doctor or is it just a skin rash caused by anxiety? unable to sleep due to itch.

You can take an antihistamine like Cetirizine drug before bed to ease itching and also Corticosteroid cream.
Try to find the cause of it by detecting something you warned recently and do not put it on anymore. Keep yourself in observation.
