What Does An Itchy Bump In The Vagina Indicate?

Hello I have noticed vaginal itching a small red bump (with white head) on my vagina. Should I be worried? I have never had intercourse, but have had dry sex (clothed rubbing against eachother). I gave my bf oral sex very briefly but his gentials/mouth never had direct contact with my vagina. Also is it possible that precum could have caused this if it got in contact with my vagina?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of infected bartholin s cyst is more likely.
Poor hygiene of private is the most common cause for this.
So I don't think this has occurred because of precum or clothed sex or oral sex.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts.
Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Wear online cotton undergarments.
You will mostly improve with all these in 2-3 days.
If not improving, consult gynecologist.
