Fatty liver is a reversible condition.Fatty liver can be managed by diet control and exercise in majority of the cases. Fatty liver may be due to many reasons like hepatitis,alcohol intake,obesity,altered lipid profile,medicines etc. You should try to control your weight if you are overweight and avoid fried,saturated fat.Avoid excessive non-veg food. You may need routine investigations like routine hemogram,lipid profile,random blood sugar etc. You need definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus i,e surgical removal of gall bladder(Cholecystectomy).
