Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your short description and I can understand your concerns.

I have seen many similar cases in my clinic. Most common cause for enlarged cervical(neck) node is inflammation in the surrounding area.
You don't need to worry regarding this is a harmless condition in majority of the cases.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
(1)- A detailed examination of your oral cavity is needed. Look for dental caries, enlarged tonsil, congested throat . These are the most common cause for swollen neck nodes.
(2)- Start a short course of antibiotic like amoxicillin for five to seven days.
(3)- If you have pain, take ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
(4)- Do warm saline gargles or gargling with an antiseptic mouth wash.
generally the nodes will resolve with these measures,
If it persist even after this conservative measures, you might require a biopsy to rule out rare possibilities like lymphoma.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
