i have just been taken the result of my x-rey, it say s that i have homogeneous opacity in the lower lobe not incompatible with air space pneumonia what does it means?

Homogenous opacity could be due to pneumonia, consolidation, pleural effusion, mass lesion etc. You may need further investigation to arrive at the cause of opacity.

Good Day
Along with fever, cough with yellowish sputum, the X-ray says that you may be having pneumonia (lung infection) of the left side, lower part. You will need antibiotics. Eat well, drink plenty of water. Consult your Doctor regarding appropriate treatment.
