The only possible treatment is surgery wich should be radical and include abdominoperineal resection of anus and rectum. Also, additional chemotherapy and radiotherapy is necessary to prevent tumor spread and recurence. So you need to see surgeon and oncologist as soon as possible. ALso, you need to do CT scan of abdomen and thorax to rule out metastses to other organs. I hope that this will not occur and that it could be treated with surgery.
