What Does Absence Of Vaginal Bleeding After D&C Indicate?

I had a D&C with ablation 3 or 4 years ago. I have not had a menstrual period since then. This morning I started having a little menstrual bleeding. What could the problem be and should I wait and see what happens or should I go in and get checked out?

hi..it must be investigated in such concern as after D&C ablation there may cause fibrosis ..and it leads to amenorrhoea..
so consult gynec doctor for the same
