What Does Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding Indicate?

i have been suffering abnormal bleeding for a while now.. also lost a baby due to fetal abnormalities wich they said is probably just one of these things and not genetically linked ect... anyway so before and after prenancy have suffered with abnormal bleeding, bleeding after intercoure, abdominal pain that comes and goes... i had a colposcopy a couple of years ago as they would not give me a smear and it came back abnormal and i had hpv with lesions on my cervix whatever that meant and they burnt them off and no follow up since ... only just had my smear as 25 ad still awaiting results .. so anyway back to now i have been bleeding randomly and hardly have a break sometimes its light sometimes heavy.. mostly bright red but does vary so have been offered another colposcopy and transvaginal ultrasound.. ultrasound results came back as ..... slightly bulky uterus measuring 92x43x50mm the myometrium is slightly heterogenerous in echotexture but no focal masses are defined. the endometrium is thin in mid/ low cavity 2.2mm however it is focally more thikened and ill defined measuring 8.6mm in this area endometrium is heterogenerous but no vascularity seen ..... is this normal pls pls can u help i am very worried about cancer especially cervical , endometrial ect
