What Does Abdominal Pressure On The Left Side Indicate?

I will be making a doctor s appt soon. I feel a bit of pressure on the lower left side of my abdomen (close topelvic bone) and also feel a large lump, but which may be a muscle(?). If I push on the lump , it tends to give a feeling like I may need to go to the bathroom. Typically, I feel this first thing in the morning or when laying down. Any symptoms this may be of??
