Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The pain you have with laughing, coughing or sneezing without any other specific symptom can be muscle pain.
Use hot pack, apply muscle relaxant cream gently.
Take anti-inflammatory drug over the counter with antacids preparation after eating.
If no relief/symptoms aggravate.
Consult your family doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
