General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

This is a dilated tributary of one of the Superficial Dorsal Vein of penis and seen in many individuals. It is not going to impose any difficulty in performing sexual activities nor it will have any negative effect on your sexual potency. There is nothing to be worried about and there is no treatment that can regress this dilated vein.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
