Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is hemifacial spasm may be due to facial nerve irritation or infection or palsy or compression by anterior inferior cerebellar artery etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. it may be due to hypokalemia or hypocalcemia also. need MRI scan for facial nerve compression or electromyography of the face. Treated with Carbamazepine or Phenytoin to block the nerve , local botox injections may useful.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
