What Does A Tiny White Bump On The Back Of The Throat Indicate?

I have this tiny white bump on the back of my throat surrounded by redness. Ive gotten these bumps often after ive eaten and generally can scrape them off with my finger nail. Lately they have been more frequent and this bump is too far back in my throat to scrape off. What are these bumps?

Dear, this whitish spot if is on the tonsils then you should not worry, as this is the remaining food debris which gets stuck in the small openings on the surface of tonsils called crypts and is present in every body. Just vigorous gargling can remove it. However if you have pain along with whitish spots then visit your family physician or ENT specialist.
