Hello,

As per your query, you have symptoms of swollen lymph node on jaw which seems to be septicemia and it is due to travel of infection into facial spaces from infected tooth.

I would suggest you to maintain complete oral hygiene and do betadine gargles. Take diet rich in soft food. Also, take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Levocetirizine along with proper course of antibiotics.

Visit oral physician once and get it examined. Go for x-ray of that particular quadrant and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
