What Does A Swollen Lump Behind The Heel Indicate?
sore and somewhat swollen lump on back of heel. Started when I did a somewhat abnormal machine exercise session last week - did it 2 days in a row. First days without socks cause I forgot them. By following morning after 2nd day of exercise it started to really hurt. Kind of thought it would go away. Painful to the touch and when rub against back of heel but not while resting. In morning, very stiff and kind of effects achilles but it loosens up after moving around a bit
