What Does A Small Rash On The Lower Neck Indicate?
I have a small rash on lower neck area, my lower outer lip are and on one eye lid. It itches and I feel a burning sensation and have to put water on my mouth. I have tried hydrocortisone ointment 2.5% but it is not getting better. Now my tongue feels like I are hot peppers. She I see an allergist for this? Thank you
