What Does A Rough Bulge On Tongue Indicate?

I have a rough gray bulge not big feels like if I had a popcorn or peanut on my tongue. It is long parallel to tongue less than an inch. It does not hurt but very bothersome. I feel like I have something stuck there. I have clear color warts zits looking at the end of tongue close to throat.h

The bulge over the tongue can be a traumatic fibroma or inflammatory hyperplasia secondary to trauma or irritation to the tongue by the sharp teeth. Nothing to be panic, it is a benign lesion. If i is troubling in speech and mastication, then get it excised. If sharp teeth are there, them get enameloplasty done.
