What Does A Red Scar On Glans Penis Indicate?

Sir, I have red scar on my glans. i marked it after severe rubbing due to mastruabation. I add some raw dettol to disinfect. But it becomes severe red. Now I am using fusidate ointment.No improvement. Please suggest what I will do for immediate recovery.

I really appreciate your concern, actually this is thermal injury, apply antiseptic may cause more irritation instead this need to be left like that only and care need to be taken for infection and for that keep area clean, no more masturbation till it get alright, take care have a nice day.
